National & international shipping

The shipment is made from our central warehouse in Munich, Germany.

The order will be shipped to the address of your choice (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box). Please contact us for special shipping locations, such as packing stations or packet shops.

Standard shipping within the EU is free of charge, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The cost of international shipping outside the EU depends on the country and does not include customs duties, which will be paid by the buyer.

Delivery times for domestic and EU shipments are between 5 and 7 business days. Delivery times for shipments outside the European Union are up to approximately 2 weeks.
Exchanges & returns

We offer a 14-day return policy after receipt of the goods.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it. Please send us a message via the contact form, indicating the order number, whether the goods should be exchanged or returned

The purchase must be returned in the original packaging and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and its cost.

Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-5 days of receiving your return.
